Privacy Policy
Section 1 - How do we handle your data?
When you make a purchase in our store, we collect the personal data that you provide, such as your name, address, and email address, as part of the buying and selling process. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address to provide us with information about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.
Section 2 - Consent
How do you get my consent? If we ask for personal information for another reason, such as for marketing purposes, we will directly ask for your explicit consent, or we will give you the opportunity to refuse.
How can I withdraw my consent? If you change your mind after subscribing, you can withdraw your consent by contacting us at any time at info@wmbra.de, and we will unsubscribe you from our mailing lists.
Section 3 - Disclosure We may disclose your personal information if we are legally required to do so or if you violate our terms of use.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data. They are encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The data related to your purchase transaction is stored only for the duration necessary to complete your transaction. Once your transaction is completed, your transaction data will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, which is managed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, a joint effort of payment card brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
The PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure processing of payment information for our store and its service providers.
Section 4 - Third-party services
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to provide the services they provide to us.
Certain third-party providers, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
We recommend that you carefully read their privacy policies to understand how they will handle your personal information.
It is important to note that some providers may be located in a country different from where you are located or have facilities located in a different country than where you or we are. If you choose to engage in a transaction that involves the services of a third-party provider, then your information may be subject to the laws of the country or facility where that provider is located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, the personal information you used to make that transaction may be disclosed under American legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this privacy policy or the terms of use of our website.
Section 5 - Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed inappropriately.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmitting data over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired by another company or merges with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
